Questions and answers
How do women choose the right support level?
Match the bra to the most demanding thing you will do in it. Running, HIIT, jumping and court sports need high support: molded or sewn-in cups, a wide band and secure straps. Yoga, pilates, walking and strength work on a bench are fine in light or medium support. If you are between two, take the higher support for running days.
What is the difference between molded cups and removable pads?
Molded cups are shaped and fixed, so the bra keeps a smooth, rounded line and never needs adjusting. Removable pads slide out through the lining, so you can choose a padded or natural look and wash the pads separately. Sewn-in pads sit between the two: soft like a pad, fixed like a cup.
How should a sports bra fit?
The band should sit level and snug enough that two fingers slide under it but not much more. Cups should hold the whole bust with no spill at the top or sides. Straps carry less of the load than you think; if they dig in, the band is probably too loose. Jump on the spot before you decide.
Do you make sports bras for a larger bust?
Yes, many women who wear our bras have a fuller bust. Look for our full coverage cuts with deeper molded cups, wide adjustable straps and hook closures. Many of our high support bras run up to XX-Large or 3X, and the size options for each color are listed on every product page.
Are the tank tops with built-in bras enough on their own?
For yoga, walking, gym work and everyday wear, yes. The built-in bras are padded and sized for B and C cups. For running and high impact training, or for a fuller bust, we suggest one of our high support bras under a loose tank instead.
How often should I replace a sports bra?
When the band stretches out, the elastic stops springing back or you start noticing movement you did not feel before. For a bra worn several times a week, that is usually somewhere between six months and a year. Rotating two or three bras makes each one last longer.
Where is my order and who handles returns?
Our bras are sold and shipped by the retail partner store whose page opens when you press the price button. Tracking, returns, exchanges and refunds all run through your order page in that store. Our orders guide has the details.
How do I wash my sports bra?
Cold water, a gentle cycle and a laundry bag keep the shape and elastic in good condition. Take removable pads out first and wash them flat. Skip fabric softener, which coats the fibers and slows drying, and let the bra air dry instead of using the dryer.
Why does the price change between colors and sizes?
Each color and size is a separate listing with its own price and stock. When you pick a color and size on a product page, the price and availability shown are for that exact option.
Can I wear a strappy bra for running?
Our strappy high impact bras have molded or sewn-in cups and are made for running. The lighter crisscross bras in our light support collection are better for yoga, pilates and walking.
