Run to future
Our name says who we design for. RUNNING GIRL began with a sports bra that had to survive a real run: no bounce, no straps sliding off, no chafing at mile six. Everything we make now still has to pass that same test, whether it is a molded cup racerback or a soft crisscross bra for the yoga mat.
What we make
Sports bras are the center of what we do, in high, medium and light support, with molded cups, sewn-in pads or removable pads. Around them we make workout tank tops with the bra built in, high waisted leggings with pockets, long sleeve tops and the occasional one-piece. Most designs come in a long run of colors, because a bra you like should be available in more than black.
How we design
We start from the back. The back of a sports bra is where support is decided: racer, criss-cross, Y-back, hook closure or adjustable sliders. Then we choose the cup, the band width and the knit. Our fabrics are light, breathable and stretch four ways; some carry Lycra, some use recycled nylon, a few are knitted seamless.
