What does a hold level actually mean?

It is our grade for how much vertical motion a cut is built to resist. High means a wide underbust band with fixed molded cups or layered straps, made for road miles and jump work. Medium holds through gym sessions and cycling. Light moves with you through studio work and daily wear. The picker on this site sorts all 95 pieces by exactly this grade.

Are the pads removable?

On 33 cuts, yes: they lift out through an inner sleeve before the wash. The 54 molded cup cuts are the opposite by design, because a fixed cup is what keeps its shape at high impact. Each product page names which build it carries.

How do I choose a size?

By the size chart on the partner listing, measured underbust first. Between two sizes on a high hold cut, take the tighter band and the roomier cup rather than the reverse; the band does most of the holding and stretches with wear, while a cup that gapes never settles.

Where is my order?

In the account where it was placed. Our retail partner runs the checkout, the warehouse and the road; the order page there shows the parcel number and the delivery window. This catalogue never sees orders at all.

Can I come to the Denver address to try things on?

No, and we say it with regret: 1660 Lincoln Street, Suite 300 is a workroom with a desk, not a shop. There is no rack and no fitting room, so a visit would find only paper. Letters reach us there; garments do not.
