Start where the order lives
Every return begins in the order history of the account where the piece was bought. Our retail partner sets the return window, produces the label and receives the parcel; the money then travels back the way it came, on their schedule. None of that passes through us, which is exactly why it works: the store that took the payment is the one that undoes it.
Before the band goes back
- Try the band on the loosest hook first: a sports bra band relaxes within the first few wears.
- Keep the pads in their sleeves and the tags on until the decision is final.
- Check the size chart on the listing itself; on molded cup cuts, sister sizes often hold better than the next size up.
What not to do with our address
Do not send a return to 1660 Lincoln Street, Suite 300, Denver, CO 80264. There is no receiving dock behind that door and no way for us to move a parcel onward; a box sent there strands the garment and stalls the clock. The order page knows the right address, prints it on the label and dates the window.
