The road belongs to the partner

Press the price button on any cut and the listing opens at our retail partner. From that point the order is theirs end to end: their warehouse packs it, their carriers move it, and the delivery window you see at their checkout is the one that counts. Speed and cost depend on the address and the service level chosen there, so we quote no windows of our own.

Following a parcel

The number that follows the box lives in the order page of the account where the order was placed, next to the receipt. If a parcel stalls or arrives creased, that same page is the shortest path to a person who can actually act on it.

What our address never sees

Nothing bought from this rail passes through 1660 Lincoln Street, Suite 300, Denver, CO 80264. That door is a workroom, not a depot; a parcel sent there would only need rescuing. Questions about the garments themselves are a different matter, and those we take gladly through the footer address.
