We built this medium-support bra with fixed molded cups that will not shift or bunch in the wash. The back features adjustable crossed straps that distribute tension across your shoulders, dyed in a clear red. A broad underband sits flat against the ribcage to keep the bra anchored during floor work and light runs.

• Sewn-in molded cups. We stitched the pads directly into the lining of the cups. They stay flat through washing cycles and provide smooth, consistent shaping without shifting, folding, or requiring manual adjustment.
• Adjustable crossback. The narrow back straps cross over the shoulder blades and adjust with small sliders. This layout distributes downward pull away from the neck so the bra stays close to your frame during movement.
• Wide elastic underband. The lower hem is anchored by a broad elastic band that grips gently without pinching. It sits flat around the ribs, stopping the cups from creeping upward when you reach overhead.
• Lycra blend care. The four-way stretch fabric wicks moisture and dries quickly after studio sessions. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, skip the fabric softeners to protect the Lycra, and lay flat to dry.
