We built this high impact bra for road running and jump training. Molded cups are sewn directly into the lining so padding cannot bunch or shift mid-stride. Saturated red fabric with four-way stretch pairs with adjustable straps to anchor the fit over the shoulders.

• Molded sewn-in cups. The interior uses fixed molded cups stitched down flat around the lining. They provide structured shaping and high coverage without loose foam inserts that migrate during training or fold over in the wash.
• Adjustable shoulder straps. Flat slider adjusters let you dial in the strap tension to match your torso length. The straps distribute downward load across the upper back, keeping the neckline secure through sprints and burpees.
• Wide elastic underband. A broad underband anchors the base of the bra directly against the ribs. It resists rolling and stabilizes the lower hem, providing the core foundation for high impact training.
• Care and fabric. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colors, then line dry away from direct heat. Skipping the dryer protects the elastane stretch and keeps the bold red dye bright.
