We knit this high support bra from recycled nylon yarns with plenty of elastane for a firm, steady hold. The back combines wide criss-cross straps with a center cutout to keep air moving during runs and interval work. Our Mica shade is a quiet, mineral-toned neutral that sits clean under tanks.

• Recycled yarn blend. We use OEKO-TEX certified recycled nylon blended with spandex. The knit is dense and soft, pulls sweat away from the body during heavy sessions, and dries quickly on the line.
• Strappy crossback build. Wide shoulder straps split across the shoulder blades into a criss-cross pattern above an open back cutout. This layout distributes tension evenly across your upper back and stays put through sprints and jumps.
• Removable cup inserts. We include lightweight foam pads that slip out through concealed side openings inside the lining. You can run with them for extra shape or remove them before washing to speed up drying.
• Washing and care. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours. Skip fabric softeners, which coat synthetic fibers and trap sweat, and lay flat or hang to dry away from direct heat.
