We built this bra for high-impact training using sewn-in molded cups that keep their shape through hard movement and machine wash cycles. The wide shoulder straps feature cushioned padding and sliding adjusters to set tension across the upper chest. Jet Black dyed nylon and spandex provide firm, four-way stretch recovery.

• Sewn-in molded cups. Our molded cups are stitched directly into the lining so they do not shift, bunch, or fold over during runs or wash cycles. They provide full coverage and hold their shape under high bounce loads.
• Adjustable cushioned straps. The shoulder straps are cut wide with internal foam padding to spread weight across your shoulders. Reinforced flat sliders let you shorten or lengthen the rise depending on the tension you need for training.
• Dense knit fabric. We knit this from a heavy-gauge nylon and spandex blend that wicks moisture away from the skin. It snaps back quickly when stretched and resists bagging out over long training blocks.
• Washing and care. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like darks. Skip the fabric softeners to protect the elastane fibers, and lay the bra flat or hang it to dry.
