Multiple back straps cross to distribute load across your upper back. We built this pullover bra with removable foam inserts and breathable mesh panels to keep air moving during mat work or light gym sessions. The jet black knit stays fully opaque through deep bends and floor routines.

• Crisscross back straps. Narrow straps cross over the shoulder blades to distribute tension across a wider surface area. This layout releases the arms for overhead extension while keeping the underband anchored during floor work.
• Removable cup pads. Slotted internal pockets hold flexible foam pads that slide out easily before washing. You can keep them in for modest coverage and light shaping or run the bra unpadded.
• Breathable mesh zones. Knit performance fabric joins airy mesh sections to let heat escape as body temperature rises. The material wicks surface moisture away from the skin and dries fast between studio sessions.
• Care and maintenance. Machine wash cold with similar dark garments and lay flat to air dry. Removing the pads before laundering prevents creasing and helps the elastic fibers keep their stretch over time.
