We built this high support sports bra with a crisscross strap back to distribute tension across the shoulders during workouts. The double-layer fabric provides full front coverage, paired with a wide elastic underband that stays put as you move. Inside, removable pads let you adjust the cup structure as needed.

• Crisscross strap back. The back uses doubled crisscross straps that open up shoulder movement while keeping the bra anchored. The strap layout spreads load across the upper back rather than pulling on the neck.
• Removable cup pads. Removable pads sit inside dedicated interior pockets in the double-layer front. You can slide them out for washing or keep them in place for shaping and extra coverage.
• Soft elastic underband. A wide, flat elastic underband forms the base of this pullover design. It sits firmly against the ribcage without digging in, holding the bra stable through high-intensity training.
• Sweat-wicking stretch fabric. We chose a four-way stretch knit that feels soft against the skin and dries quickly during heavy sweat sessions. Wash on a gentle cold cycle and line dry to protect the elastane.
