We built this high support sports bra with molded cups and flat interior seams to maintain shape under load. The back uses multiple crossing stretch straps that distribute weight across the shoulders, while the open cut lets heat escape. A wide elastic band anchors the base during runs and training sessions.

• Molded cup construction. We shape the front with molded cups and flat lining seams to hold their structure through high impact work. The cups provide full coverage and keep motion controlled during running and jumping drills.
• Criss-cross strap back. The back combines multiple stretch straps in a cross pattern that spreads tension across the upper back. This open design allows airflow while keeping the shoulder straps flat against the body as you move.
• Four-way stretch fabric. We cut this piece from a flexible stretch blend that moves easily and manages sweat during heavy training. The material recovers its shape after hard workouts and repeated pulls.
• Wide bottom band. A wide elastic underband sits flat around the ribs to anchor the bra without twisting or rolling. Wash cold on a gentle cycle and lay flat to dry to preserve the strap elasticity.
