We built this bra for high impact training, using a wide elastic underband and a strappy back to distribute tension evenly across the shoulders. The knit has a cotton-soft hand with added Lycra for recovery, so the band keeps its shape through hard workouts. In this heather grey yarn, sweat dries fast without leaving the fabric feeling stiff.

• Molded cup options. The interior pockets hold molded cups that you can remove before washing or leave in for full coverage. They hold their curved structure across high impact sessions and stay in place without shifting sideways.
• Strappy load distribution. Multiple slim straps cross the upper back to spread weight away from the neck. The arrangement anchors the front V-neck panels securely, which keeps the neckline steady when you twist and reach.
• Stretch recovery fabric. The fabric blends sweat-wicking synthetic yarn with Lycra for stretch and rebound. It feels soft against bare skin, draws moisture away from the torso, and snaps back firmly after repeated training.
• Care and maintenance. Wash this bra in cold water on a gentle cycle, preferably in a mesh laundry bag to keep the back straps from tangling. Pull the removable pads out to air dry, and dry the bra flat.
