We built this high support sports bra with molded foam cups sewn directly into the lining so the shape stays put through hard training. Multiple crossover straps anchor across the back to distribute weight without digging in. We dyed this run in misty purple, a muted dusty lilac with a matte finish.

• Molded sewn in cups. The foam cups are stitched permanently into the inner layer rather than tucked into pockets. They do not fold or slide out of place during interval runs, and they keep their smooth curve after washing.
• Crossover back straps. Multiple straps cross over the back to anchor the bra firmly against the ribcage. The layout releases your shoulder blades for full rotation while spreading the downward pull across the upper back.
• Four-way stretch fabric. We chose a sweat-wicking knit with high elastane content that moves in all directions. The material dries quickly, feels cool against warm skin, and retains its recovery after long training sessions.
• Wash and care. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colours. Skip the fabric softener to keep the sweat-wicking knit clear, and lay the bra flat to dry so the straps hold their tension.
