We built this high impact bra with fixed molded cups that stay in place through the wash. The back pairs adjustable straps with a classic hook-and-eye closure and open cutouts. We cut it from a double-layer stretch fabric in clean chalk white for full opacity under bright gym lights.

• Fixed molded cups. We sew the molded foam cups directly into the front panel so they cannot shift, fold, or bunch during hard intervals. They give individual definition without an underwire, keeping their shape through repeated machine cycles.
• Adjustable racerback closure. The rear panel combines a hook-and-eye band closure with sliders on the shoulder straps. You can tighten the underband independently from the strap drop, while the racerback cutouts let heat escape between your shoulder blades.
• Double-layer white knit. We use a dense four-way stretch performance fabric with Lycra for firm recovery. The double-layered construction keeps the white finish fully opaque when stretched, pulling sweat away from the skin so it dries quickly.
• Care and wash. Fasten the back hooks before washing to protect the mesh cutouts and binding. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle, skip the fabric softeners, and lay flat or hang to air dry to protect the elastane fibers.
