We built this pullover bra for high impact training, using a dense nylon and spandex knit dyed in an optic pure white. The pads are sewn directly into the lining so they do not shift or fold during a run. Multiple back straps divide shoulder load, while the wide bottom band anchors the cut firmly in place.

• Sewn-in molded cups. The internal pads are stitched securely into the lining, holding their position through hard intervals and repeated laundry cycles. They give consistent shape without bunching, folding over, or requiring manual adjustment after a wash.
• Crisscross strap layout. Multiple narrow straps cross over the upper back and connect to an open cutout lower down. This pattern spreads tension across your shoulder blades rather than letting it sit on the top of the trapezius muscles.
• Dense nylon blend. We chose a high-gauge nylon and spandex knit that pulls sweat away from the skin and dries fast. The fabric provides firm tension across the chest to control motion during sprints, jumps, and lifting sessions.
• Washing and care. Machine wash cold with like whites to protect the crisp color. Skip the fabric softener to maintain the elasticity of the knit, and lay the garment flat or hang it to dry so the molded cups keep their shape.
