We built this high-impact pullover with fixed, sewn-in cups that hold their shape through repeated laundering. The crisscross back straps anchor the upper chest while dispersing weight across the upper back. Cut from a matte four-way stretch knit in clean optical white, it stays put through track work, box jumps, and road miles.

• Sewn-in cup structure. We stitched the molded cups directly into the interior lining so they cannot shift, fold over, or bunch up in the wash. The construction provides full coverage and keeps its shape without removable inserts.
• Crisscross back straps. Wide flat straps cross between the shoulder blades to stabilize the garment under vertical load. The geometry distributes tension across the upper back, keeping the neckline flush against your collarbone through sprints and high-intensity intervals.
• Dense stretch knit. The four-way stretch fabric pulls sweat away from the skin and dries quickly during hard sessions. We dyed this run in clean white, with enough fabric density to keep the front opaque under studio lights.
• Care and maintenance. Machine wash on cold with similar lights to protect the white knit from colour transfer. Skip the fabric softeners, which coat the wicking fibers, and lay the bra flat to air-dry so the elastic stays firm.
