Multiple narrow straps cross the upper back to spread load without digging into the shoulders. We dyed this run in deep navy and lined the cups with breathable mesh. It pulls on over the head, sitting firm through the ribs during treadmill work and weight sessions.

• Crossed strap back. Six narrow bands divide across the shoulder blades to hold the bra stable through high impact movement. The open layout lets air move unhindered across your back during hard training sessions.
• Removable cup inserts. We built interior pockets into the front lining with removable pads for shaping and modesty. Take them out before laundry to keep the foam smooth, or slide them back in through the side slits.
• Lycra blend knit. The shell fabric blends synthetic knit with Lycra for tight recovery and sweat management. It holds its tension when damp and pulls moisture away from the skin through long workouts.
• Underband and care. A wide elastic underband anchors the base without hardware or clasps to press against your ribs. Wash on cold in a mesh bag and hang flat to keep the elastic firm over time.
