We built this bra around fixed molded cups that are stitched straight into the lining, so nothing shifts or folds over during a sprint. The wide criss-cross back spreads tension away from the neck. Dyed in a clean rose pink, it is cut for running, jumping drills, and heavy gym sets.

• Sewn-in molded cups. We stitched the molded foam pads directly into the frame. They do not slide during burpees, bunch up in the wash, or need adjustment between sets. The structure holds its shape on its own.
• Criss-cross back straps. The back straps cross high between the shoulder blades. This layout anchors the cups firmly against the chest and distributes the downward pull across the entire upper back during hard training sessions.
• Four-way stretch knit. The synthetic knit blends high elastane with smooth synthetic yarns to wick sweat quickly. It recovers its shape after hard pulls, providing firm all-over compression that stays comfortable through long runs.
• Washing and care. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle to preserve the elastic thread in the underband. Skip the fabric softeners and dry flat in the shade to keep the molded foam core intact.
