We built this medium-support bra around a flexible Lycra blend that keeps its recovery across repeated stretches. The open mesh back vents heat during floor routines and studio work. A wide elastic racerback spreads tension evenly across your shoulders, without hardware or wires.

• Racerback mesh panel. The back cutout uses an open knit mesh panel to move heat away from your spine. The wide elastic straps join high between the shoulder blades, leaving your arms and upper back clear for overhead reach.
• Removable cup pads. Slotted openings in the interior lining let you pull the foam pads out before washing or leave them in for added shape. The smooth inner lining sits flat against your skin without rough edge stitching.
• Lycra blend knit. We use a four-way stretch Lycra blend dyed in a bright hot pink. The fabric pulls sweat away from the body during mat sessions, dries quickly, and returns to its original block shape after each wash.
• Washing and care. Take the removable pads out before laundering to protect their edges from bending. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, skip the fabric softeners to protect the Lycra elasticity, and line dry flat in the shade.
