We built this piece with fixed molded cups that stay centered through the wash cycle and every workout. Adjustable back straps cross between the shoulder blades to distribute tension across your upper back. The wide elastic underband sits flat against the ribs to keep the bra anchored during floor work.

• Sewn-in molded cups. We stitch the molded pads directly into the lining so they cannot fold, bunch, or shift during movement. The cups maintain their shape through repeated laundry cycles without requiring any manual adjustment.
• Adjustable crossback straps. The straps cross at the back and adjust with flat hardware to set your preferred shoulder tension. This configuration spreads weight across the upper back and keeps the neck open for mat routines.
• Wide elastic underband. The lower band is cut wide from firm elastic to anchor the base against your ribcage. It stays put without rolling upward when you bend, twist, or reach overhead during training.
• Four-way stretch blend. We cut the body from a quick-drying stretch fabric that pulls sweat away from the skin. Machine wash cold with similar colors and hang dry to preserve the elastane recovery.
