Multiple narrow straps cross the shoulder blades to distribute tension without digging in. We cut the body from a matte, four-way stretch knit that wicks moisture during floor work. It pulls over the head and rests on an elastic underband that anchors the lower edge.

• Crisscross strap layout. Narrow straps split across the back to clear the shoulders for overhead reaches. The layout keeps the neckline flat against the chest while distributing the pull evenly across your upper back.
• Removable cup inserts. We line the front panel with lightweight mesh pockets that house removable foam cups. You can slide the pads out before washing to keep the front smooth, or leave them in for added coverage.
• Soft stretch knit. The fabric has a brushed hand feel with four-way stretch that recovers its shape after hard sessions. It pulls sweat away from the skin and dries quickly on warm studio days.
• Care instructions. Take the pads out and wash them by hand. Machine wash the bra body in cold water on a gentle cycle, then lay it flat to dry to keep the thin straps from stretching out.
