Multiple crossed back straps distribute tension across your upper back while keeping your shoulders clear to move. We cut this pullover bra with a double-layered front panel and a wide, soft underband that stays planted during floor practice. Removable foam pads allow you to adjust the cup structure as needed.

• Criss-cross back. Double straps cross over the back to split tension across a broader surface area. The open arrangement leaves your shoulder blades clear for floor work and full arm rotations without pinching.
• Removable cup pads. Slotted openings inside the double-layer front lining let you slide the foam inserts out before laundering. The cups provide shape and modest front coverage when left in place.
• Soft elastic underband. A wide elastic band anchors the bottom edge without digging into your ribs. It lies flat against your torso to prevent the bra from shifting upward when you reach overhead.
