We built this pullover bra for studio work, floor training, and low-speed miles. Multiple narrow back straps crisscross between the shoulder blades to distribute tension without locking down your upper body. The knit fabric wicks sweat quickly and stays soft against bare skin.

• Crisscross strap layout. Multiple narrow straps cross high and low across the back. This spreads tension across the upper shoulders while keeping the shoulder blades clear for overhead reaches, twists, and mat work.
• Removable cup pads. Slotted internal pockets hold flexible foam pads that you can take out before laundering. They provide light modesty coverage and maintain their shape when washed flat.
• Wide elastic underband. The wide hem band sits flat against the ribcage to anchor the bra during movement. It resists rolling up when you hinge at the hips or fold forward in yoga.
• Wash and care. Machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Pull the pads out first, wash them separately in a mesh bag, and air dry the bra to preserve elasticity.
