We built this bra with molded cups sewn directly into the lining so nothing bunches or shifts during hard workouts. The four-way stretch Lycra blend pulls sweat away quickly and holds its recovery after repeated sessions. In our sparkle blue shade, the crisscross straps spread tension evenly across the upper back.

• Sewn-in molded cups. The cups are stitched into the frame rather than slipped into pockets. They hold their shape through washing, stay in place during sprints, and provide full coverage without pads migrating out of position.
• Crisscross back with cutout. Multiple straps cross between the shoulder blades to distribute load across the back. A central cutout sits right where heat gathers, letting air reach the skin during high-effort training.
• Lycra performance blend. We cut the body from a four-way stretch Lycra knit that pulls moisture to the outside of the garment. It hugs the ribcage securely and snaps back to shape after long runs.
• Washing and care. Wash cold with similar technical fabrics and lay flat to dry. Because the molded cups are secured with internal stitching, you do not need to pull pads out before running the cycle.
