We built this high support sports bra with fixed molded cups that stay stitched in place through hard workouts and the wash cycle. The four-way stretch Lycra blend handles sweat, while the crisscross back layout distributes weight across the upper back. Finished in clean black.

• Sewn-in molded cups. The molded cups are stitched directly into the lining. They hold their curved structure through repeated washings and remain centered during running, HIIT, and heavy lifting without shifting or bunching.
• Crisscross strap construction. Multiple straps cross over the upper back to spread load away from the top of the shoulders. The cut pairs a low U-neckline with a wide underband that sits flat against the ribs.
• Central back cutout. A geometric cutout sits at the center of the back panel. This opening lets air reach the skin directly where heat builds up fast, helping sweat dry quickly during long conditioning sessions.
• Four-way stretch Lycra. The dense Lycra blend stretches in four directions and pulls back firmly. Wash this black piece in cool water on a gentle cycle, then line dry to protect the recovery of the elastane fibers.
