We cut these full-length tights from a dense four-way stretch knit that stays opaque through deep squats and bends. The wide waistband rests high on the torso to stay put while you move. We dyed this run in a dark true navy that pairs easily with neutral tops. Two deep side pockets hold your phone securely against the thigh.

• Double side pockets. We set deep drop-in pockets along both outer thighs. The top seams are reinforced with flatlock stitching so the openings keep their tension and hold a large phone, cards, or a key flat against your leg during training.
• Waistband and rise. The double-layer waistband sits high over the waist without rolling down. We left out thin elastic cords at the top edge to prevent digging, relying instead on the recovery of the knit to keep the rise anchored during floor work.
• Gusset construction. A separate triangular gusset panel is sewn into the crotch seam. This construction relieves stress on the central four-way intersection, allowing wider stride lengths and full range of motion during lunges, deep squats, and stretches.
• Fabric and laundry. The moisture-wicking synthetic knit contains high-recovery elastane to pull sweat away from your skin. Wash on a cold cycle and line dry away from direct heat. Wash with dark colors to preserve the true navy dye over time.
