We cut these full length leggings from a dense four-way stretch fabric with Lycra that stays opaque through deep squats. The high-rise waistband sits securely over the hips without rolling down during floor work. Dual side pockets hold a phone or cards flat against the thigh.

• Double side pockets. We set deep drop-in pockets into both outer leg seams with reinforced stitching. They sit flat when empty and keep a phone, keys, or cards stable against your thigh while running or lifting.
