We knit this long sleeve top with a seamless tubular body to reduce bulk and friction along the torso. The fabric has five-way stretch and a lightly brushed inner face. Ribbed cuffs and cut-out thumbholes anchor the sleeves during warmups and outdoor miles.

• Crew neck and hem. The crew neckline sits flat without bulky seam tape. We cut the lower hem with a slight curve to keep the cropped length resting smoothly over high-rise tights without rolling up while you move.
• Sleeve and thumbhole construction. Long sleeves finish with wide ribbed cuffs that stay put on the wrists. Built-in thumbholes keep the sleeves extended over the back of the hands, blocking drafts and preventing bunching under outer jackets.
• Five-way stretch knit. We use a dense, elastic seamless knit with a soft brushed interior. It stretches in five directions to accommodate shoulder rotation and floor work, recovering its shape after each wash without bagging at the elbows.
• Wash and care. Wash cold with similar synthetic activewear to preserve the elastic recovery and brushed inner texture. Skip the fabric softeners. Line dry or tumble on low heat to keep the light blue color clear.
