We built an interior shelf bra directly into this tank to give B and C cups light support without extra layers. The four-way stretch knit sits close to the body, finished with a scoop neck and an open crisscross back. We dyed this run in a neutral heather slate grey.

• Integrated shelf bra. The double-layer interior liner features an elastic underbust band that anchors the top through floor work and twists. It includes removable foam pads for coverage and holds light support for B and C cups.
• Strappy open back. Thin crisscross straps distribute tension across the upper back and leave the shoulder blades clear to rotate. The open layout sheds heat quickly when your session warms up.
• Four-way stretch fabric. We chose a lightweight, sweat-wicking knit with a smooth hand and high recovery. The fabric stretches in all directions to match your movement and pulls moisture away from the skin.
• Care and maintenance. Take the removable pads out before machine washing on a cold cycle. Wash with like activewear and line dry away from direct heat to protect the elasticity of the internal band.
