We built an interior shelf bra with fixed cups directly into this tank, sized for B and C cups. The front cut is a clean U-neck that sits flat across the chest. Behind, a split Y-back uses one wide strap and one narrow strap to leave your shoulders clear to rotate.

• Fixed cup shelf. Inside, the inner shelf bra holds molded cups sewn permanently in place. They do not shift or bunch up in the wash, giving you consistent light-to-medium coverage for mat work and gym training.
• Asymmetrical Y-back. The back straps join between the shoulder blades in a split layout. One strap carries more width for tension, while the narrower strand keeps the piece anchored without restricting your reach.
• Four-way stretch knit. We cut the body from a dense, smooth knit with plenty of elastane. It pulls sweat away quickly and recovers its shape after long sessions on the mat or under heavier layers.
• Wash and care. Machine wash cold with similar athletic gear and lay it flat to dry. Skipping the dryer protects the fixed cups and keeps the strap elastic firm over time.
