We built this tank with an interior shelf bra and sewn-in fixed cups that do not shift in the wash. The back uses an asymmetrical Y-shape, pairing one wide strap with a narrower parallel line to anchor the garment without pulling at the neck. Cut close to the torso for low-impact training.

• Fixed cup support. Sewn-in cups stay anchored inside the inner shelf bra through movement and machine cycles. We shaped them for moderate B and C cup coverage without the bulk of loose inserts.
• Split Y-back straps. One broad strap and one slim cord merge into a single Y-line between the shoulder blades. This opens up the upper back while distributing the downward pull across the shoulder.
• Four-way stretch knit. The synthetic knit breathes well, wicks sweat, and hugs the ribs with light compression. It moves easily during yoga sessions and recovers its shape immediately after stretching.
• Care and colourway. Woven in a matte dark slate grey that hides sweat marks well. Wash on a cold, gentle cycle with similar technical fabrics and lay flat to dry to maintain strap elasticity.
