We built this pullover bra with a crisscross back that distributes tension evenly across the shoulders and upper back. The lined interior includes a built-in shelf and slots for removable pads. It handles sweat during runs, gym sessions, and yoga practice.

• Crisscross back straps. Multiple back straps cross over the shoulder blades to hold the bra firmly in place during twists and overhead reaches. The layout keeps the neckline stable while allowing full shoulder movement throughout your workout.
• Lined shelf construction. A lined interior shelf bra works with the wide elastic underband to stabilize the cups. The included removable pads slide in through side slits if you prefer extra coverage, or slide out before washing.
• Performance stretch knit. We cut this piece from a moisture-wicking synthetic blend with added elastane for durable stretch and recovery. The fabric pulls sweat away from the skin and holds its shape through repeated wear.
• Care and washing. Wash on a gentle cycle in cold water with like colors. Remove the pads beforehand to preserve their shape, avoid fabric softeners that coat stretch fibers, and lay flat or line dry out of direct sun.
