Multiple criss-cross straps spread tension across the upper back while keeping the shoulders open. We cut this pullover bra in a soft, sweat-wicking stretch blend with an internal shelf lining. It gives dependable medium support for yoga and gym sessions.

• Criss-cross back straps. Narrow elastic straps cross over the back to distribute weight without digging into the neck. The open arrangement gives your shoulder blades full clearance to rotate through floor work and overhead movements.
• Removable cup inserts. We built the front with a lined interior shelf that holds removable foam pads. You can slide them out through small side openings before washing or leave them in for shaped, opaque coverage.
• Soft stretch fabric. The knit blends performance synthetic yarns with Lycra for four-way stretch and shape retention. It pulls sweat off the skin quickly and dries fast during hot sessions in the studio.
• Elastic underband care. The wide underband sits flat against the ribs to anchor the bra during twists. Wash on a cold cycle and lay flat to dry to preserve the stretch recovery of the elastic.
