Multiple narrow straps cross the upper back to spread tension away from the neck. We build this pullover bra with an internal shelf lining and removable cup pads so you can adjust the coverage before practice. The knit fabric contains Lycra for recovery after repetitive stretching.

• Criss-cross back straps. Narrow straps cross over the open back to anchor the bra during twists and bends. The layout distributes tension across the shoulder blades rather than pulling straight down on the trapezius.
• Removable cup pads. Slotted openings inside the lined shelf bra let you slide the foam pads out before washing. The molded inserts hold their curved shape through studio sessions and dry quickly when removed.
• Wide elastic underband. A soft, brushed elastic band anchors the bottom hem firmly against the ribcage. It prevents the bra from rolling up during inversions without needing hardware, hooks, or clasps.
• Lycra blend knit. The matte black performance fabric wicks sweat and stretches four ways. Wash it in cold water on a gentle cycle and lay it flat to dry so the elastic threads keep their snap.
