Multiple narrow straps cross the upper back to spread tension across your shoulders while keeping the shoulder blades bare. Inside, a lined shelf holds removable foam pads for coverage you can adjust. We cut this in a soft stretch knit with a cotton hand that wicks sweat during studio training.

• Crisscross back straps. Narrow elastic straps cross low between the shoulder blades. This layout anchors the bra during twists and bends without pulling hard on the base of your neck.
• Lined shelf with pads. The interior shelf bra features side slits for removable foam cups. Leave them in for smooth shape and modesty, or pull them out before washing to speed up line drying.
• Brushed stretch knit. We blended fine yarns with Lycra for a matte, cottony feel against the skin. The knit pulls sweat away from the body and springs back to shape after repeat wear.
• Care and wash. Take out the removable pads and wash them by hand. Machine wash the bra body on a cold, gentle cycle inside a mesh laundry bag, then hang it to dry.
