We built this bra for yoga, mat work, and daily training. Multiple criss-cross back straps divide tension across the upper back, while the front panel gives full coverage. The double-layered knit feels soft like cotton, breathes well, and stretches four ways to follow your movement.

• Criss-cross back straps. Narrow elastic straps cross over the back to anchor the bra without digging into your traps. The layout distributes tension evenly across your shoulders, which helps the band sit level during overhead reaches.
• Removable cup inserts. We line the front panel with drop-in pad pockets. You can leave the molded foam inserts in place for shape and coverage, or slide them out through the side slits before washing.
• Brushed underband elastic. A wide, flat elastic band sits flat against the ribcage. It grips gently without rolling, so the bra stays anchored through inversions, lunges, and floor work without constant readjusting.
• Wash and fabric care. Cold machine wash with like colors using mild detergent. Remove the cups before laundering to maintain their curve. Line dry out of direct sun to keep the elastic recovery strong.
