We built this high support sports bra with fixed molded cups that will not bunch or flip during laundry. The double-layer stretch fabric stays opaque under light shirts, dyed in a neutral nude shade. A wide bottom band anchors the piece firmly against the ribs for running, HIIT, and indoor cycling.

• Fixed molded cups. We sew the foam cups directly into the lining so they hold their structure without shifting. This separation provides clean definition and firm containment through high-impact movement, avoiding the uniboob look.
• Double-layer Lycra blend. Four-way stretch yarn allows the fabric to flex in all directions before snapping back. The dual-layer construction dries quickly, moves sweat away from the body, and prevents sheer spots during deep bends.
• Wide underband construction. A broad lower band distributes tension evenly across the ribcage without digging into the skin. It anchors the bottom hem firmly, preventing the bra from riding upward during overhead lifts and sprints.
• Wash and care. Wash on a gentle cycle in cool water to preserve the elastic recovery of the Lycra yarn. Lay flat or hang to air dry so the molded interior holds its shape across seasons of use.
