We built this high support sports bra with fixed molded cups that stay anchored through hard sprints and wash cycles. Sliders on the shoulder straps let you dial in the tension before a run. The Y-back layout stabilizes the band while keeping your shoulder blades clear. Dyed here in a muted light khaki.

• Sewn-in molded cups. We stitched the molded cups directly into the double-layer lining. They do not fold over in the wash, slide sideways during burpees, or bunch up when you pull the bra on overhead.
• Adjustable shoulder straps. Flat sliders let you shorten or lengthen each strap to set your preferred hold. The adjustment hardware sits flat against the collarbone so it will not bite when you carry a pack.
• Double layer Lycra blend. Four-way stretch fabric gives firm compression without feeling rigid. The double-layer knit provides full opaque coverage through heavy sweat, pulling moisture off the skin to dry quickly.
• Wash and care. Machine wash cold with like colors on a gentle cycle. Skip the fabric softener to preserve the elastane recovery, and lay the piece flat or hang it to dry.
