We built this high support sports bra with fixed interior padding that stays flat through the wash. The smooth front panel sits clean under lightweight layers, while the rear hook closure and crisscross straps let you reset the tension across the shoulders. Dyed in an electric bright blue tone.

• Fixed interior cups. We stitched the molded pads directly into the lining so they cannot bunch, fold, or drift during hard intervals. The inner structure provides reliable definition without needing adjustment after laundry day.
• Hook closure and straps. The back band fastens with a classic hook-and-eye row, paired with adjustable shoulder straps in a crossback layout. You can alter the band tension and strap drop independently for high impact training.
• Smooth front construction. We eliminated exterior seams across the main chest panel. The outer face lies flat beneath thin workout shirts, while the wide bottom band anchors the base firmly against the ribcage.
• Nylon stretch blend. The fabric combines durable nylon with flexible spandex to pull moisture away from your skin as body heat climbs. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, then line dry to preserve the strap elasticity.
