We built this high-support bra with fixed padding and a smooth, seamless front panel that sits flat under light workout tops. The back pairs criss-cross straps with a standard hook-and-eye band, so you can adjust your tension across the shoulders and around the ribcage. It is dyed in solid black.

• Fixed interior padding. We stitch the molded foam pads directly into the lining. They stay anchored in place through hard training sessions and through the wash, which prevents folding, bunching, and shifting inside the cup pocket.
• Adjustable crossback straps. The straps cross between the shoulder blades to distribute load across the upper back. Individual sliders let you dial in the vertical drop, while the three-row back clasp lets you reset band tightness over time.
• Smooth front panel. The outer cup is cut without horizontal seams across the apex. This keeps the exterior face smooth and low-profile under thin athletic shirts, running singlets, and fitted base layers.
• Nylon elastane blend. Our four-way stretch knit balances firm recovery with active sweat management. Wash it on a cold cycle and lay it flat to dry to protect the stretch memory of the elastane fibers.
