We built this medium support bra with a deep scoop neckline and a traditional racerback to keep shoulder blades completely clear. The white fabric blend stretches four ways, pulling on smoothly over the head. Removable pads sit inside lined pockets so you can adjust the cup density before you head to the studio.

• Racerback cutout. The back panel narrows between the shoulders and opens into a lower cutout. This shape keeps the straps from sliding down your arms during floor work, lunges, and overhead presses.
• Removable cup pads. We set discreet side slits inside the inner lining so you can take the foam inserts out before washing. The molded pads add modest shaping and stay put once slid into place.
• Wide bottom band. A broad, covered elastic band anchors the base of the bra flat against the ribcage. It distributes tension evenly around the torso without rolling upward when you bend or twist.
• Bright white care. Wash this crisp chalk shade with light colours only, using cold water and a gentle cycle. Air dry flat out of direct sun to keep the elastane elastic and the white tone clear.
