Multiple narrow straps cross the shoulder blades to distribute tension without digging in. We knit this medium-support pullover bra with a low scoop neckline and an elastic underband that stays put through inversions. Dyed in vivid hot pink, it combines soft interior lining with four-way stretch for yoga and weight training.

• Crisscross back straps. Narrow straps cross over the back to anchor the bra against your torso during rotation. The open pattern allows heat to escape while spreading load across the upper shoulders.
• Removable cup inserts. We include lightweight molded pads that slide out through side slits for laundering. The lined front pockets keep the pads flat and centered so they do not bunch during practice.
• Four-way stretch knit. The interlock knit fabric pulls moisture away from the skin and dries fast. It offers balanced four-way stretch that holds its recovery after repeated sweat sessions and deep stretches.
• Care and wash. Pull the removable pads out before washing. Machine wash cold with like colours on a gentle cycle, skip the fabric softeners, and lay flat to dry to preserve the strap elasticity.
