Multiple narrow straps cross the shoulder blades to distribute tension across the upper back. We knitted this pullover bra in a seamless four-way stretch interlock fabric with an elastic underband that anchors the bottom edge. This three-pack groups black, warm yellow, and hot pink for rotation through studio sessions and floor workouts.

• Crisscross strap back. Narrow straps cross over the back to hold the bra in place without cutting into the shoulders. The open configuration lets heat escape during training and gives your shoulder blades full room to move.
• Removable cup inserts. We line the front with pockets for removable foam pads. You can leave the inserts in for modest coverage and light shaping, or slide them out through the side openings before washing.
• Seamless interlock knit. The four-way stretch interlock fabric uses seamless knitting to minimize chafing against the ribs. It pulls sweat away from the skin and recovers its shape after repeated stretching on the mat.
• Care instructions. Wash these bras in cold water on a gentle cycle with like colors, and pull the pads out first so they dry flat. Air drying helps maintain the elasticity of the straps and bottom band.
