We built this pullover bra for mat practice and strength training. The front uses a clean scoop neckline, while multiple crisscross straps spread tension across the upper back. An elastic underband sits flat against the ribs to keep the bra anchored through inversions. Dyed in a cool slate blue.

• Crisscross back straps. Narrow straps cross repeatedly over the shoulder blades. This layout distributes tension across the upper back rather than loading the neck, leaving the shoulders open for arm movements during overhead lifts and floor work.
• Removable cup pads. Slotted pockets hold flexible foam pads that you can take out before washing. The molded inserts add modest shaping and surface coverage under light studio tops, while the dual-layer knit front maintains structure on its own.
• Seamless knit interlock. The body uses a four-way stretch seamless interlock knit that pulls sweat off the skin and dries quickly. It recovers its shape after hard stretching, with finished edges that sit flat against the skin without chafing.
• Cold water care. Take the removable foam pads out before cleaning. Machine wash the bra on a gentle cycle in cold water with similar colors, then lay it flat to dry. Skip fabric softeners to protect the recovery of the elastic yarns.
