Multiple narrow straps cross the shoulder blades to distribute tension without digging in. We knit this piece with a seamless four-way stretch method that moves unhindered and wicks sweat quickly during mat sessions. The dark charcoal gray shade offers a clean neutral finish for daily studio training.

• Criss cross back. Narrow straps interlace across the upper back to spread tension across your shoulders. This open layout allows full range of motion through the scapula while holding the neckline secure during floor work.
• Removable cup pads. We include lightweight removable foam inserts inside dedicated cup pockets. They add optional modesty and shape, or you can take them out entirely through the side openings before washing.
• Seamless knit fabric. The interlock knit uses four-way stretch yarns to handle moisture and dry rapidly. Tubular construction eliminates side seams, reducing friction points along your ribs while you move on the mat.
• Underband and care. A wide elastic underband anchors the bra below the bust without rolling up. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle, remove the pads first, and lay flat to dry to protect the elastic threads.
