Multiple narrow straps cross the upper back to spread tension away from the neck. We knit this pullover bra in dense black interlock fabric using seamless construction, then finished the front with a wide underband and removable interior pads for mat work and studio training.

• Criss-cross back straps. Narrow straps cross across the shoulder blades to distribute tension across the back rather than resting entirely on top of the shoulders. The open layout leaves the upper back uncovered during warm sessions.
• Removable cup inserts. We line the front with pockets holding removable molded foam cups. You can keep them in place for modest coverage and a smooth profile, or pull them out before washing to help the knit dry faster.
• Four-way stretch knit. The body relies on a seamless interlock knit with four-way stretch. It pulls sweat away from skin during repetitive movement and retains its shape after long sessions on the mat.
• Washing and care. Machine wash cold with similar dark colors and lay flat to air dry. Removing the pads before laundering keeps the foam smooth and prevents the edges from curling over time.
