Thin straps meet in a low V across the back, leaving the shoulder blades clear through deep stretches. We set molded cups directly into the front panel to hold a clean shape without shifting. The fabric stretches four ways and dries quickly when your practice warms up.

• Molded cup build. We molded the front cups with sewn-in padding so they hold their form through repeated washing. The lining stays smooth against the skin and does not fold or bunch during floor work.
• V strap back. Narrow straps run over the shoulders and angle down toward the center of the band. This open layout allows full range of motion through the upper back and keeps the garment light.
• Four-way stretch fabric. The knit blends synthetic fibers with Lycra to pull moisture away from the body. It yields in every direction as you twist or bend, then recovers its tension when you finish.
• Care and wash routine. Wash in cold water on a gentle cycle with similar athletic fabrics. Lay the bra flat to air dry so the molded cups and elastic straps retain their shape over time.
