A fitted compression tank cut with an integrated shelf bra. The light blue knit stays close to the body through high-stretch recovery, backed by an open strappy rear design. We lined the interior with soft mesh to keep air moving during yoga and gym work.

• Crisscross back straps. Multiple thin straps cross over the open back to distribute tension evenly across your shoulders. The layout keeps the shoulder blades clear to rotate through overhead presses and yoga transitions without slipping.
• Built in shelf bra. The interior shelf uses a wide underband and removable foam pads. You can take the pads out through side slits before washing or leave them in place for shape and coverage under the compression shell.
• Breathable stretch fabric. We chose a high-elasticity knit that hugs the torso without binding. Inside, a lightweight mesh layer sits against the skin to vent heat and pull sweat away before it settles into the outer fabric.
• Washing and fabric care. Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle with like colours. Pull the removable pads out to let the foam dry flat, and hang the tank to dry so the elastane maintains its recovery over time.
