We built this training tank with an internal shelf bra and removable pads for medium-impact sessions. The dark navy fabric pulls sweat away from the skin and stretches four ways across the torso. Elastic racerback straps open up the shoulder blades for full movement through presses and rows.

• Built-in shelf bra. The inner lining holds a wide elastic underband and removable foam pads. We shaped the cups for moderate hold during yoga, running drills, and strength circuits without adding bulk under an outer layer.
• Racerback shoulder straps. Narrow elastic straps pull between the shoulder blades so your arms move without strap slippage. Flatlock seams sit quiet against the skin to avoid friction during high-rep training.
• Four-way stretch knit. The synthetic knit breathes well, draws moisture away from the torso, and snaps back to shape after heavy sweat. The body of the tank falls straight past the waistband.
• Washing and care. Take out the interior pads before laundering to keep their shape intact. Machine wash cold with similar athletic gear, skip the fabric softeners, and lay flat to dry.
